Hand carved Free Standing "One of a kind " sculpture of the Rock Fish,
Tennessee Red Cedar is the perfect wood for this piece.

Occasionally you can find these fish in large public aquariums.

Measuring approximately 22" long by 11" wide by 15" high, the
sculpture is a focal piece for any room.

The ocean rock base, carved in Alder wood, has heavy texturing
giving nice contrast to the smooth Rock Fish body.

The entire sculpture is finished in hand rubbed Tung Oil.

A characteristic of this cold water fish is the rocky
shaped dorsal fin across the back.

The fish, with its wide mouth, can easily eat smaller fish making it a predator.

This is quite a striking piece for any decor and a compliment
to a large salt water aquarium.

Felt on underside prevents scratching of any surface.

All sculptures ship in a custom heavyweight box, wrapped in bubble pack
and stretch wrap, suspended in Styrofoam loose fill.
